I'm Joshua Thompson, the owner and lead consultant behind PassThru IT. My background includes hands-on support for Microsoft 365, Windows systems, business networks, Wi-Fi, user access, automation, and workplace technology across a multi-location professional environment. I started PassThru IT to give smaller firms practical help with clearly defined technology problems—without unnecessary jargon, oversized contracts, or being passed between departments.
